Thoughts on Costa Rican Culture

The more I learn about Costa Rican culture, the fewer reservations I have about the trip. People can tend to feel uneasy about entering an environment they are not accustomed to. The seemingly laid back attitude of the Ticos removes any doubts I have about feeling out of place in their society. The pride they share in their country doesn’t reflect arrogance, but rather an invitation to visit and experience its beauty.
